Faye Diamond is a Partner at RBI Strategies & Research, having joined the firm in 1997. She advises candidates, ballot initiative and referenda, non-profit organizations, and corporate clients. Faye specializes in strategic consulting and bi-partisan political outreach, and has additional expertise in campaign finance and legal compliance for U.S. congressional campaigns. Her work with RBI’s clients ranges from coalition building and grasstops lobbying to framing message, theme, and content for direct mail.
Faye has been involved in the political arena for over 30 years. After graduating from college, she began her professional career in the Washington, D.C. offices of the National Women’s Political Caucus. Upon her return to Colorado, Faye went to work for Governor Dick Lamm, first on his 1982 re-election campaign and then on his gubernatorial/legislative staff. Faye then managed two state legislative races and thereafter worked on various federal, local and referenda campaigns, as well as working for the Colorado Education Association.
Her legal, organizational and political skills bring considerable dimension to RBI’s strategic consulting and research services. Faye currently serves as Secretary of the International Association of Political Consultants. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, College of Law and a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado.
