Luis S. Herrero is founder and partner at 303.Digital LLP. Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he has grown 303 from a two-man shop to a boutique agency serving clients in Puerto Rico, the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. Through his tenure, 303 has handled social media marketing for Puerto Rico’s Tourism Co., served as consultant for major political races in Latin America and broke ground in digital marketing targeting seniors for a major healthcare corporation.

In addition to his consulting, Luis hosts "¡Qué es la que hay! con Luis Herrero", a daily radio talk show in Radio Isla 1320AM, and co-hosts Puerto Rico's leading politics podcast "Puestos Pa'l Problema." He is currently producing a number of other podcasts and media initiatives.

A licensed attorney, Luis was recognized in 2019 as one of the 40 under 40 top political consultants by the American Association of Political Consultants. Luis holds a B.A. in Economics and a Juris Doctor, both from the University of Puerto Rico-Río Piedras.
